ok. i'm gonna have a go at writing a story again. one thing people who want to be in it will help with the story.they will write a chapter from their characters point if view when i prompt them to. i'm allowing 4 people to join at first. enjoy.



Prologue



Are you ever actually lost? Do you really not know where you are? Or have you been their before? Do you know who you know? Do they know you? Is all you know real? Or is it fantasy? Are you sane? Or are you "lost" in your own mind? What is real and what isn't? What is reality as you know it? Memories? Feelings? Do those even exist? Think about where you are now. Are you even there? Or are you only fancy yourself there? Are you real or do you fancy yourself real? Who knows? Who knows...



I will read the profiles of all who post and will pick those that will be useful early on. if you don't get picked you may or may not come in later. till we meet again this is Tobias signing off...

Looks: Black leather dress that is cut five inches over the knee. My fur is jet black, but I have hair in between my ears that looks like pure gold strands.



Items I always have : A platinum bladed broad sword with a gold hilt. It has my initials engraved into the blade. "Wild Angel"

I have a wand, which I can do everything and anything with.

A hunting knife with a silver blade. The hilt is a dragon with it's wings spread, and a emerald in it's mouth.



Orphan?: Yes



Why?: My parents where killed when I was just a baby by Devan Shell.



Past: I don't talk about it much, but when I was a baby, my mother died trying to protect me. Devan Shell took me and raised me as a soldier and a fighter. I was then trained to be something of his entertaining slave. I ran away when I was seventeen, or my current age. I carry a velvet covered journal that I write in every now and then. It has my memories of my worst days with Devan Shell. At age fourteen, Devan found out my telepathic powers, and treated me as a mage from then on.



Powers: I can create orbs with my hands. I am telepathic which means I can read peoples minds and memories.



Personality: I am pretty much sweet and loving all of the time. I hate Devan Shell, he is my mortal enemey. I try every chance to kill him. I am serious when needed, and very, very good in battle. I will protect any of my friends, and die for them.



Strength: 9/10



Skills: Running, climbing walls, I use walls to bouce off of *read my story*, swimming, fighting, riding horses, ect...*everything mainly*

Chapter 1

3 hours and 20 minutes till the Rip



Alone. I had been isolated for a year and a half now. The only one who still know's I'm alive is my friend Kazooie. No contact. This altitude is to low for any signal to reach in, but they can go out. It is so cold. All I have to do is moniter the balance of the 5 nearby systems and the one I'm in. It's so boring...



"Tobias an anomalies are appearing in all monitered systems." said the computer.



"Scan them alright?"



"Yes, Tobias."



I remember working on the disruptor that day. I remember alot of things. Since I've comeback here,but that'snot the story.



"Anomalies harmless. ETTI(estimated time till implosion) 3 hours. Ship detected."



"Friend or foe?"



"Unknown...unknown..unknown..un"



"Shutup already! Let me now if it lands."



"It is preparing to land. ETTL(estimated time till landing)20 minutes."



"Oh well. There goes working for today."



I left the moniter room and grabbed my cloak. It was time to find out who these visitors were. I headed out into the cold.



"Tobias, anomalies are changing."



If I only had been there for that none of what was to happen would have. If only...

Chapter 2

3 hours till Rip



It was so cold that day. I was standing in it, waiting for a ship. An unknown ship at that. Then I saw it. The ship was descending to land about a mile away so I took off again. I arrived about 1 minute after it had landed. I didn't darego near it since it was still hot from entry. It wasn't as cold that close to the ship. I wondered who was in it. Around 30 minutes later the ship had cooled enough for me to touch it. It was seamless and a shiny white silver that matched the falling snow. It suddenly began to open so I back away. A figure stood framed in the opening.



"Tobias?"



"Who wants to know?"



I then saw it was Kaz Algo.



"Kaz? What the heck are you doing coming to this planet?"



"To see if you'd like a chance to get off of this ice cube."



"Oh."



"Kaz! Is Tobias out there?"



"Yeah, Kovu he's out there in the sub-zero temperature."



"Yikes!"



Kaz was pulled aside and Kovu Alec Easgi appeared in the doorway.



"Here Tobias let me help you into the ship."



Kovu pulled me on and I was able to see that there were two others besides Kaz and Kovu. One I knew was Ducky Greyrabbit the other I had never met.



"Nice to see you again Ducky."



"Hello again."



I turned back to Kaz and Kovu.



"Who's the new one?"



"That's Copper." Kovu told me.



"Ah." said I.



I turned around.



"Pleasure to meet you Copper."



"Nice to meet you too."



10 minutes till the Rip



We were back at my home, or hotel, it really depended on the time of year. It had been a nice few hours talking with old and new acquantinces, but it was time to get to the point.



"Alright, what's the real reason you came?"



"Well...." began Kaz.



"We were wondering if you'd like to go on another adeventure." finished Kovu.



"It figures."



"Tobias, anomalies are preparing to implode." shouted the computer.



"Ah, come along my friends. A fairly large event is about to take place. It happens every 9000 years." said I.



I led them to the moniter room and sudenly saw all the readouts on the new conditions of the anomalies.



"Oh crud.....HIT THE DECK!!"

Looks: A Dark blue rabbit, with a deep scar under my left eye. If we are getting into esthicits i have deep green eyes. Very strong looking hands and a very deep gash on my shoulder from my battle with Govadon. I also have a chain mail and matching shield bearing a king's symbol (Mine is Aqruin but u can change it) I also wear a blood read cape that I stole from Govadon when I killed him.



Weapon: a magical sword called Govalan. The sword has a beautiflly engraved scabberd, with a picture of a dragon in flight. When Drawn the sword emits a purple light to show it's power. The handle of the sword has a picture of a king with a halo around his head...The following poem is engraved in the handle in ancient ruins:

Skills: Sword Fighting



Heritage: Comes from a long line of king's which was unoknown to him at birth. THe fight with Govadon and then with the Dark Shadow made him come to this realization to rule the land.



Powers: The Wand (See my story) has left a mark on him. If he thinks hard enough he can heal wounds. This takes extreme concentration and drains his own energy..nearly killing him.



Dark Powers: His sword has a mind of it's own, that convinces the handler to use it for dark purposes. It was made so only I can handle it properly, but even i have a problem with it. If you submit you will do\execute things that can drive a man to insanity. It will act off of the handlers darkest thoughts.



Brothers & Sisters: None...They were wiped out in an attempt by a neighbouring country to inherit the throne. That is why i was taken away from my kingdom.

Foster Parent: Unowkn. He left me when i was old enough to fight, at the Aqruin gates.



Misc: I am usually a very serious man. The sword has left a mark on me. When asked about my kingdom, i alwasy reply "It was the past" I have been known to cast sarcastic jokes though. After battle it is best that i am left alone though. I usually mourn all of the Dead.

Chapter 3



Time of Rip



They only had a few seconds to react to Tobias's command but they all managed to throw themselves to the floor just as a universe shattering explosion rocked the room and planet. The anomalies change had made them directly connected to the dimensional barriers that keep every reality seperate. When they imploded they broke the barriers creating gaping holes. the 6 galaxys mentioned were effected and a new one added in the middle. That one is the only hope or heros have of setting everything back to the way it should be. The dimensions leaking into ourown include Evil, Spirit, Bone, Youth, Aqua, Dragon, and Order. Each member of the group gathered by fate represents one of them. Two are missing. The one of order must be found and the one of evil must be bound for the barriers to be put back into place. Thus begins....Rip Part One: Dragons Fire!

Chapter 4



A.R.(after rip)Day 1



They had all felt the odd tingling sensation after the explosion, they just didn't know what it meant. It was around 5 minutes before anyone dared to move.



"What was that?", asked Ducky.



"That was the implosion of the anti-matter barriers holding back other dimensions!",said I.



"Meaning what?",asked Copper.



"Meaning quite possibly reality is seriously screwed up right now.", said I.



I got up anddusted myself off then noticed something very odd....my hands were tranlucent! I very slowly raised my eyes with an oh no to myself and say that everything had changed.



"You all might wanna get up and see this....", I said.



Slowly everyone got up and got a look at their surroundings. The moniter room had been nearly wiped out and the little that remained was displaying nonsense code. The normally frigid mountain the hotel was situated on was now a jungle of multi-colored trees and plants.



"What the?!", Kovu cried out.



Kovu had just then noticed that his hands and feet were webbed.



"Uh, I guess I forgot to mention something...", I said hoping not to get hurt, " when the dimensional barriers broke we were each connected to one and now we've all taken on the main characteristics of the dimension we were connected to....that's it."



Everyone began to look themselves over. Kaz had been turned into a small dragon that just barely reached anyone's shoulders. Copper had become nothing but a skeleton, dry bones that were bleached white. Kovu of course had gained webbed hands and feet. Ducky didn't look all that different, no one would know what she was connected to until 4 days later. I had become a spirit or ghost if you please.



"Oh my...", was the echoed cry.



"I'm afraid other will have been affected too. We need to see if we can fix this.", I said.



"How are we to get off the planet?",asked Kaz.



"The Same way you came here." I said.



A little later we were all back on the ship. Copper was still in a daze from what had happened so Ducky had hauled her to an onto the ship with Kovu's help. Kovu took the pilots seek and activated launch. 6 minutes later the streaked off into the sky carrying us with it.

Oh, my goodness. . . I'm a. . . skeleton?

Chapter Five (?)



I was shocked. Was this a nightmare? It seemed like one. Lost in thought -and fear- I barely heard the voice that tried to penetrate my senses.

"Copper? Copper!" I snapped back to reality.

"D-Ducky?" My voice was nothing more than a spidery whisper, like the wind. A far cry from my former musical tones. Everyone else looked like they too were in shock, but not as badly. I tried to stifle a laugh when I saw Kaz.

"What happened?" asked I. Tobias explained swiftly. I winced slightly as I tried to stand. I found I couldn't for long, and sank back to the floor. This didn't make sense. I shivered and winced again. Everything hurt.

As I tried to organize my thoughts, a searing pain ripped across my forehead. I cried out, and for a moment I blacked out.



When I came to, I was not on the ship. There were trees all around, and fog drifted by, swirling around my feet. I was wearing a cloak that fell to my feet, and a cowl hid my face. My perspective was strange; I realized that I now stood taller than I ever had. I also realized that I was not awake. Or at least, I didn't think I was. I was filled with confusion. I could not think when I dreamed, yet I could not be here unless I was dreaming. . . The pain seared through my head again, and the mist shrouded forest faded away to black.



I opened my eyes. I was on the floor of the ship, that was right. But I still wore the hooded cloak of my dreams. Dreams, visions, hallucinations, call it what I would, I still had the whitish grey cloak, and glowing leaves were settled about my feet. An unexplainable terror surged through me, followed by a sense of pure rightness. I was what I should be. Yet I wasn't.

For the first time, I caught a glimpse of the "new" Tobias. When he had last spoken to me -that seemed like millennium ago- I had been so preoccupied I had not really looked at him. Now I did look at him- or rather, through him. He was translucent, which sent more fear through me. Was nothing normal?

"Tobias? W-what happened?" I had a strong sense of deja-vu. He looked as baffled as I felt.

"I don't know. You sort of disappeared for a minute, and Ducky called me. Then you were back, sort of materializing, and you were wearing that cloak." I felt a chill run up my spine.

"Well, what ever once wore this form was never Carrotan," said I, trying to make light of it. Tobias nodded.

I swayed slightly. The world was spinning; what was happening? I sighed softly, and then the ground rushed up at me as I collapsed and darkness took me. . .

[Tobias]

(appluades)



(waves a translucent hand into the distance and disappears)



"Goodbye, I shall return another day for an adventure so grand it will end as all good things must, but they are never-ending for they always continue the heart and dreams of the heros and heroines. Through the foggy grayness of time the memories never will fade. I on the other hand shall."

Chapter Six



"I...I can't breathe!" A feeble phrase escaped my now beak like lips, my voice a perverted

distortion of what it once was. I sucked at the air, but it was empty. I collapsed to

the cold, mettalic floor. My world was but

a rush of confused color and sound. But then,

I felt something clamp about my neck. Something wet...wonderful.

My vision returned, and, satisfied that I wouldn't die, I began to ask about.

"What...is this?" I rubbed the metal collar.

"It's a water-pack, it'll pump oxygen into you're, ah...gills." A short, red dragon

hissed, as it hopped around.

"Who are you?" I asked it.

"Why...I'm Kazooie!" As I looked around,

I saw the vapory version of Tobias, the dragon, ofcourse, and a skeleton, which I

assumed was Coppertop.

And then there was Ducky, who appeared just

as before.

"Well this is peachy..." No sooner had I said this, when I saw Copper fall in a heap,

which was indeed a singular thing when concering a skeleton. We hovered around her, but were uncertain what to do, being,

y'know, having no organs and all. A moment

later she came to.

I sighed,

"What happened?" I inquired.

"I...don't know. There was this misty jungle place, and I was really tall..."

"Waitaminute..." Tobias pondered,

"...suppose, you were able to see what dimension we're in...that'd make it..."

"Aqua dimension." I said

[Coppertop]

*Applauds* I am in awe. . .

Anomalies, mass quantities of them… too much for even three dimensions to handle, nonetheless a mere sector of a planet. I opened my eyes, a bit stunned and starry from the blast. Looked like the rip was still passing. Everyone looked around, laughed at the scene a bit, but then got serious.

"Sam, I need a full analysis," I said out loud. It didn't sound the same but I guessed after a while being a dragon makes it completely different then being a bird. Five seconds had passed… she wasn't there?

"Kaz, you plot hole digger!" Kovu called over.

"Quiet you fish!" I called back. "AHEM!" I said to no one in particular.

"What do you expect me to do?!" A rude girlish voice yelled out. A fairy, which was only a glow with wings, a very rude glow. I guessed it was Sam, she had been converted to the genre.

"Greeaat… a new character," Tobias complained.

"New character nothing!" I'm outta here!" Sam retorted and just disappeared. "By the way, don't expect my help very often,"

"Huh?" I asked. There was a forest now, but this wasn't the same thing! "Ack!" I thought as I was again rudely transported. This time it was blank, except for a faint light in the distance and fog… so much fog! I was transported back to the party by cold water. "Whew, everything checks out… I looked around, Coppertop, Ducky, Kovu, and Tobias," I said. Ducky looked a bit different, but I couldn't place my feather, or scale on it.

"Does anyone think we should actually see what's going on here?!"

[Tobias]

time for four days to pass......



Chapter 8



Where was I? It is hard to remember. It is so cold....The ship had taken off and I was helping Kovu plot the course. It had taken awhile but we had gotten in laided out. The only problem was determining the galaxy's that represented the dimensions. It wouldn't be wise to go somewhere that could hinder us if we could help it. We had decided to go to the nearest galaxy besides the one we were in. It was easy to tell what had happened. Everything except Frostbite had turned black and Frostbite was succumbing fast. Evil.....we had to leave. The shout came.



"Dark wave heading this way!"



It was Ducky. I turned and looked out the back viewport and saw it coming too.



"KOVU! PUNCH IT!"



The accleration threw everyone against the back wall except Kovu(who was sitting down). The wave kept gaining ever so slowly. It would have been on us in minutes....except it happened....



"I'm given her all she's got Tobias! She won't take much more!"(cheesy star trek line rip off...heheheheheehhe)



The engine exploded. The ship went spiraling down and out of the waves path. Kovu eventually managed to stabalize the ship. We made our way to the planet.



3 days later....(at midnight it will be the forth day)

We were two hours out of the planet. Flying doggedly on one engine. But we had made it away from the evil....away.... The closer we got to the planet the brighter it got and the hotter our remaining engine got. Fate had deemed it to happen as it did, the other engine bite the dust. We plummeted downward towards the surface......



4:00 PM



The crash had been horrendous. The ship was ripped apart. They had been lucky to survive. I didn't have to worry....I was already a spirit. It was 2 hours after the crash we met the inhabitants. Dragons....they welcomed Kaz. Not the rest of us. We stayed away while they took Kaz into their camp. Prisoner or guest? Was the thought.



8:00 PM



No sign of Kaz. It was getting late. Everyone went to bed for the night. Only Ducky was still awake.

Ooga. Me? You had to let Kovu write before me, Didn'ya, he always makes me look like burnt toast...

Sniff.





I lay awake, thinking over the past few days. Everything had sort of gone fwooosh right by me in a whirl and I was confused. I though about Kaz, wondered when he'd be back..a dragon, a short one no less. I tried not to laugh. Come on, it wasn't funny, Ducky...I flopped onto my back and looked at the stars. They were multicolored. I could see CT, or what remained of CT, out of the corner of my eye. She gave me the creeps everytime I looked at her. Like Tobias, but I wouldn't tell HIM that. http://jazz2.nagcentral.com/forum/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif I think the gills flattered Kovu, not to mention it was quite convenient.

But as for me..I shivered. I thought I had an idea what was going on... but I didn't see how it could come in handy on this...quest? Venture? what was it, and now I couldn't even remember how I'd gotten myself into it.

It was dark out. I heard some crackling...Kaz, maybe? I pulled myself up and looked around. A faint light from the weird moon played over the sleeping figures of my friends, I'm ashamed to say I tried not to look at Coppertop..she looked odd, a pile of bones there. Where was Kaz, maybe I could get to sleep if he came back. It was getting very late, probably past midnight now..I was surprised how fast the time had gone while I dreamed on. I fiddled with the edge of my cloak, trying not to think about the obvious, the unimaginable..I felt a weird tingling sensation, like the one I had felt when when all that odd stuff happened to us..I shook my head, trying to clear it. More crackling.

"Kaz?" I said, softly. Tobias twitched.

I sighed. Clutching my staff, I slid down and laned against something sort of hard. I was finally getting tired. I blinked a little, forcing myself to forget what seemed to be true..I was getting younger.

Well, I guess this'll have to do.



Ever since we had landed, (more like crashed), I felt uneasy. I couldn't tell if it was a being a dragon or being short. Things were different now, I was shorter, still red, but why wasn't I blue instead? It didn't matter… what did was that we landed on a planet with no identification of rabbits… yet. Strong magic, almost enchanted magic, flowed from the planet, the grass was green and the forest greener. Anyway…

After the ship crashed dragons had came to greet me… I liked the guys for their kindness, but they smiled too much.

"Ah, a … fellow dragon!" The biggest one of them said, he was about half a wing taller than I was. (Why must I be so short?!).

"Uh… hi," I answered back. I didn't know them and looked back Tobias only to see his face of concern.

"Ahem!" the leader commanded me to look back at him. "Your friends are not needed now," He said coldly. I decided to go with him before they torched anything else. A battle had taught me that coldness isn't something to be underestimated: Especially with dragons. I looked back again somewhat waving. They had already started camp without me. "After all… What's the worst that could happen?" I said to myself.

Their city was breath taking… everything was made out of gold, silver, and some things copper. As we entered, I saw the entire population was made out of dragons. Most of the dragon's scales were colored maroon or brown, but a few orange, yellow, dark greens, or black… which scared me. I followed by the leader like a companion, but it didn't feel like it. As we went further into the city, I noticed some more dragons smiling at me, but it was a suspicious smile. The snickers on their faces laughed at me, although I couldn't really tell if the laughing was because of my height or they were hiding something.

"… Colorful city…" I tried to compliment and tried to shut out the muted laughs. The leader grunted and kept walking… I just remember I never got his name. "Hey… what's your name anyway?" I asked politely as I could.

"Fireball," He coldly replied again, he was maroon and I would have chosen another name for him. Conversation ceased by then… the buildings were a bit strange. Most of them were made out of large bricks instead of just a giant wall, and there were no office buildings, although I doubt personification would go that far. We reached Town Square to a 2-story building. I stared at it, the windows were made of crystal, the roof also of crystal.

"By the way, what I'm a doing here anyway?" the beauty of the town has just made me numb to the fact of what the others were doing. Fireball looked at the others. I turned around and noticed how many more dragons had come to follow. "Ack!" I just realized to myself! They were all dark dragons! I knew it!

"Ha… you just walked in and expected everything to be fine! Haven't you fools learned yet not to trust anyone?!" The leader laughed in a dark evil voice, he was now dark too. The sun was setting unbelievably fast and everything was beginning to get dark. It was like a thundercloud had just drifted into a picnic. They were all surrounding me as I though of a way to escape.

The sky! I thought to myself. It was one place they weren't blocking. I jumped up surprising high as I've seen many others do when they are in a tight spot.

"Idiots! Who was taking care of air guards?" Fireball lashed out and several dragons jumped up and started after me. Flying was very easy, it would have been easier with thermals from the sun but this would do. Everything was going easy; I'd be back by sunrise if I learned how to fly well enough. Everything was going well, until they started firing. I wondered where the others were as part of my wing caught fire.

"Where are you Tobias, Kovu, CopperTop, Ducky, and all the rest of you… where are you?" I said in agony. The burning ceased on the wing and went onto my back. "Geez! Get some mouth wash!" I tried to at least be comical in my unwilling decent…

Burning… that's the last thing I felt before the dark claws caught me and knocked me out. Where were the other guys?

Chapter 11: Attack!!!!(<---name)



Kaz had been gone a little to long for anyone's liking. It was the next morning and no sign of Kaz. Ducky had been up late and thought she saw some flashes in the distance and had figured out what was wrong with her. I had done some calculations really fast and possibly inacurate but still they said Ducky was losing a year a day and it took effect at 11:59:59. Everything had been revealed that was happening to us. After finding out we all decided first priority was to get Kaz! The rough version of a camp was dealt with and we departed. Within an hour or the so the dragon city came into view....it shined in the light of day. As we came closer we were able to make out guards guarding the only way in. Someone had to distract the guards so the others could get in.



"I'll do it.", I said.



"No you won't you know exactly what the crap has happened that's causing all this!", yelled Copper.



"Yes well the fact remains I'm not solid. Nothing can kill me as a spirit cannot be killed thus I make a logical choice.", I said.



"Go ahead.", said Copper.



I left. Both the dragons seemed dark.The closer I came the more assured of it I was. I pulled back my spectral sleeve and pushed the button on the machiene on my arm. It powered up. I leaned back and punched at the air which promptly shattered. The machiene had worked,thank goodness, reality could be breached temporarily. I drew out my laser and fired in between the guards to get their attention. As the gates turned to ice they began to chase me so I took off. I saw the others make it through the iced gates so I stopped.



"You want me you got me!", I said as I powered down the machiene.



"So you thought you could get away from us eh?"



"I should have known I couldn't ever beat such magnificent creatures as yourselves. Go ahead and take me in to be killed."



The dragons attempted to grab be to no avail as to the fact I wasn't solid.



"If your not gonna do your job then I'm gonna do mine!"



I marched off angrily and through the nearby wall into the city streets. It wasn't hard to find the group. Hearing shouts like: "Catch those outsiders!" and "Kill them!" lead me straight to them. It was far downtown I guessed by the time I found them. They had finally ditched their pursuers.



"Pretty city huh?"



"Not when your being chased by half a dozen angry,fire-breathing dragons it's not!"



"Oh sorry."



After everyone had recuperated from the chase we set out to find wherever Kaz was being held prisoner as we now believed him to be. It took suprisingly little time to find the jail. The problem was getting inside...

I surveyed the building infront of me. "Nasty," I commented. All the excitement had snapped me out of my shock. Due to the fact that I wasn't feeling any different, I was resigned to the fact that I was a skeleton. For now.

A passing breeze rippled my cloak and hummed through my few showing bones. It felt wierd. Tobias wavered in the wind, and Ducky shivered slightly. I didn't think it was very cold, but I guessed that was a matter of opinion.

"Tobias, can't you just, like, WALK in and get Kaz?" I asked uncomfortably. Tobias remained quiet, but Ducky gave me a look that I would have returned if I hadn't been so occupied.

"Get real, Copper," she scoffed. "Tobias could get IN, but how's Kaz going to get OUT?" I thought for a minute.

"By flying?" I offered hopefully. Kovu laughed. It sounded strange to me.

"Copper, this place was BUILT for dragons. They would've taken precautions to keep the prisoners in."

"Oh. Right." I subsided, and gazed up at the barred windows that punctured the building at regular intervals.

"What if Kaz melted the bars and got out?" Ducky said next. I cocked my head to one side questioningly.

"With what?"

"Fire, of course," she said sensibly. I sighed softly.

"Does he even HAVE fire?" Ducky shrugged.

"We could ask." I nodded slowly. At least I still had Shale under that cloak of mine; it was changed to a slim, long blade with strange writing on it but it still had the green jewel. And once you turned invisible, you didn't have to keep touching it. I hesitantly told my companions this. Kovu agreed reluctantly with me.

"It WOULD help us get in. But what about getting to Kaz's cell?" I shrugged.

"Tobias?" He glanced at me for the first time.

"It might work. That is, if Kaz has fire."

"Can't we steal the keys and let him out? That'd be easier. . ."

Fine, if no one else will continue, *I* will:



"Are you there?" Tobias asked in a hushed shout, and his misty form grew out of a wall.

He turned, and saw a hard faced dragon guard him in the face.

"Aaah!" But then it's form fell in a heap on the slime covered floor.

"Ha! Fooled ya!" Copper chuckled, who had been holding the unconcious guard up by his

neck. Tobias slapped his incorporeal forehead.

Being a fish, I easily was able to squish my

leathery flesh through the bars of the gate.

And Ducky, who was younger now...looking fiveteenish, slipped through the bars, designed

for the wide around dragons. Tobias sighed deeply,

"We're never going to find Kaz if you scare me like that!"

"You're a ghost! You should be scaring us!" Copper commented whispily.

"Okay, I'll go locate Kaz, then come back here, you guys monitor the gate." Tobias commanded.

"Righto." I said, as I handed odd, sweaser shaped blasters to Copper and Ducky.

"Why would dragons keep blasters?"

"Incase someone had a asthma attack." Copper

stated. I laughed at that, which seemed to disturb everyone, so I cut it short.

"O-okay, I'll be off now." Tobias faded deeper into the prison's halls. We waited around for a agonising twenty minutes, until

we saw the whispy form floating our way once

more.

"Well?" Copper shouted.

"I have the information...it was rather intresting the way I got it." He snickered evilly.

"Yea, yea, we can talk about it later, where

is he?" I interjected.

"Second floor, medical ward, up..." Tobias pointed up, incorporeal mist trailing, to

a room that could be seen from the large, open hole in the ceiling.

"Question is, how do we get there?" Tobias mused.

"I know," I turned to Ducky, who now looked like she was ten.

"Yea?" She pondered.

"What if you used the blasters," I pointed at the sharp ends on them,"to scale the wall,

they could probably hold you're weight now."

She looked at me as if that was a insult, but understood.

"Copper," I twirled around to face her,

"what if we dissasemble you're bones, and we

throw you up there?"

"DISSASEMBLE MY BONES????!!!!"

"Well, you're a skeleton...you can do that, right?"

"Well...I guess."

"I swear, Kovu, after this is all over, I will kill you..." Copper's skull, which lay

indepentant on the floor, said to me, as Ducky and I(Tobias couldn't help), chucked

her bones to the upper level. Thank goodness

no one was awake, or the people in the ward

would've heard the clack of the bones.

Then I snatched up Copper's skull.

"Hey! Be carful..." I began chuckling madly,

"Just throw me!"

"Wai--*hehehee* wait a minute *ahem*, alas, poor York, I knew him well, Herashio."

"Koooovuuuuuuuu!"

"Okay, okay." I finished my little act, and hurled the skull to the second level.

Tobias began to float up, and Ducky began to

climb, as I lept in the sewage system and began swimming.

Chap. 11 Part 4:



After a few minutes everyone was assembled(including Copper, who was now put back together)at the top.



"Kaz is this way."



After a few minutes they came to the medical ward where Kaz was strapped down.



"Hi how are ya you scaly bird?"



"Will you shutup and unstrap me?!?!?!!?!"



"Sure. Ok you guys let 'im go."



After another few minutes everyone was back together.



"So. Now wha...." Kovu was cut short as an alarm screamed throuthout the building.



"Good. Just what you all need. A fight." said I.



Everyone gave me one of those "if looks could

kill- you'd be dead now" looks as guards can into the room.



"Freeze you scum!"said the first guard.



"That was my line!" said the second.



"Forget it we have a job to do!" said the first.



"Are those guys idiots or what?" asked Copper.



"Definately." agreed Ducky.



"I think they should cool off."said Kaz.



"Couldn't agree more." I said and I activated the machiene again in in a few seconds the guards were frozen.



As we exited post haste Kaz yelled to follow him outside. We chased after Kaz and he lead us to a starport he had passed.



"So we're gonna hijack a ship? Alright!!!" Kovu seemed a little to enthusiastic about it.



"Kovu. Do us all a favor and lay off the Pixie Sticks."



"Ok...."



We slowly made our way down towards a vacant ship. Then suddenly the dragon that had led Kaz through the city reared up in front of us.



"Oh crud...."

Okay, I just simply wrote this chapter to move the story along, not quality, but it'll move the story along.



"You again!" Kaz yelled getting really mad at this guy. It was bad enough one takes advantage of another's trust but spamming and bugging them is antoher thing.



"Don't these guys even give up?" Tobias sighed. Fireball opened his mouth to make a witty statement... or so they though. A spectrum of red and yellow burst through the air towards Tobias scorching him.



"ow..."



"Hey! Let us out of here, what'd we ever do to you?!" Kovu asked. Another inferno was almost fired except Kaz was behind him and hurled a convientent splash of water from a mysterious bucket on his head.



"I'm melting you bas-!"

"Oh can't anybody do this right?! Soembody use Rumbo's style of fighting..."



Fireball (lame name =D) VS Tobias and co.

Fireball was apparently soaking and furious... he just flew away.

"Did we win?" Kovu asked.

"I don't think so..." Tobias responded

"It's odd for him to leave..." Kaz added.

"What's that?" Ducky pointed up into the sky.

"That's the sun Ducky, it gives us warmth,"

"NO! That isn't the sun!" Ax man yelled backing away.

"What makes you think not?" Tobias asked and stopped looking at it.

"It's coming closer!!!" CT yelled and started to run.

"IT'S A GIANT FIREBALL!!!" Kaz yelled starting to run and going into a flight mode.



Indeed it was a giant fireball, that's why he was called that. Everybody scattered... some ran in circles... the city was empty so some thought the explosion may be huge...



Have you ever played deaf? The explosion's shock wave was enough to kill everybody... but the gang had found cover just in time... but the fireball it self put everything in a flaming inferno.



"CT?! Ax Man! Tobias!!!" Kaz called out after getting up from some rubble. Everything looked like a firestorm had come through, which in sense it had. "They're alive, but not next time..." a voice told Kaz in his head. I must be crazy he thought, but it gave him relief, enough to try and search. Then he noticed a faint energy from the sky, another fireball! This one was impossibly huge! Why?! Where did Fireball get all this power?! He found CT... a gruesome sight of singed bones... then the rest all in the same spot conviently. The fireball being so large was moving very slowly. "Wake up guys! We've got to get away from this place!"

"Just 5 more minutes mum..." Tobias said.

"I can't move..." said Kovu

"I can't feel my feet," CT said

"You don't have any," Ax Man retorted.

"Another fireball is coming, it's huge, I think he's planning just to destory the planet... why is beyond me," Kaz urged.



They all got up and tried to see the grim sign. It was going to be 5 minutes until it got there... it would take 10 minutes for them to get to a decent distance. "What's that?" Ducky questioned.

"THat's the fireball, not the sun..." Wild Angel (is she in this story?)

"no, that..." Ironically she pointed out a little spec in the massive ball, triangular, orange, no wait, red, no, now yellow... they couldn't be sure.

"A flame shard! That's why it's so huge!" Ax Man yelled. He explained that a long time ago, an orb of pure magic was used to contain a pulsar, and in sense, a pulsar is many suns, the orb was overstuffed and exploded into many flame shards. Fireball apparently had a few and was using them as a weapon.

"Theorictcally, if we took that out of the core of the fireball, it would explode before it got here... it's a chance that the explosion may reach here... or not."

"it's worth a shot,"

"you're forgetting something, we're all toasted... it's like trying to go into the sun,"

"It is going into the sun..."

"I can do it, I'm untouchable by fire," Kaz said, it would figure since he was writing this that he would make himself with a large ego and a large reputation of invincibility =D.

"Yes! You go! It doesn't matter you die!" Tobias commented anxious to kill kaz (yay!).

"Fine..."

Kaz had to get to a running start before he could get to a flying start, and then to a soaring start, and then to a mauqe five staight up into the air start. But after all this impossible to do plot hole type stuff he got there.

"Man, it's hot... ah well, all I have to do is grab it and fall, I'm sure somewhere down there somebody's willing to catch me.



"Shouldn't we set up a shelter and a trampoline for landing on?" Wild Angel asked.

"Nah!"



Kaz was now in the massive flame, heading towards the little piece of sun.



"Geez! This place is and oven," With that in mind he pulled out a large string of marshmellows. (mmm, crispy...)

It was .5 a mile there, if he could elevate himself and then take a dive it would save some time.

"AHHH!" he screamed, his claw ingnited on fire... stupidly, he tried to blow the fire out. There was no time, he'd just have to make a mad dash. Kaz dived, (MY EYE! IT'S BURNING! Oh wait, that's the eye drops...")

He caught it! It was evading him but he caught it! Then he found out why it was evading him. Fireball was right on his tail (well actually 3 feet behind it)

"Go away!" Kaz swished his tail and somewhat slapped him with it.

"No! We will rule this system! You cannot stop us! You are intruders and must be-"

"Shuddapppp!!!" Kaz said and did a 180 holding out a flamming fist and punched Fireball in the nose. Strangely he felt nothing, he didn't know if it was his fist being numb or just Fireball not being there at all...

"You're not there!!!" Kaz yelled in frustration.



The flames disspeared, the migit dragon found himself in the air, still scourched, still holding the fire shard, but all of the threats were gone... why?

"I'm falling!!" Kaz said as he realized his wings were burnt again. He searched the ground for a soft spot! "There we go!" he said and tried to land on a certain silver spot.



"OW!" Tobias said as Kaz nearly crushed him.

"Thanks for breaking my fall..." Kaz bowed his head getting up.

"There's something wierd going on, Fireball and the fireball dissapeared..."

"Maybe it was an illousion,"

"Maybe he escaped,"

"Maybe..."

"I don't care, lets get out of here..." Kovu said. They all agreed... and started their walk to the remaints of the space port hoping to find a decent ship.



"This fireshard is hot..." Copper examined it, even she didn't have the nerves to tell her that but she could tell.

"We'll take your word for it" Tobias commented noticing a miniature heat wave forming over it.

"We can crush it, distribute it with crushed crystals, contain it in a bottle and have a power source." Ax Man said,

"I'll consider it," Kaz said keeping it as a Trophy.

"I dunno," Kaz said, turning to Tobias (I'M not cutting him out). Tobias sighed and headed for the controls.

"Why is it always me who gets everything done here?" he grumbled. Kovu emitted something very akin to stifled laughter. I eyed him suspiciously, and tried not to say anything.

"Kaz, your feathers are smoking," Ducky observed. Kaz gulped.

'T-they are?"

"Yes."
