i need help

hello this is thumper, i am a long time owner of jazz. most of you probobly dont know me because i lost the game, i accidently deleted it and i cant recover it from the recycle bin, also i gave my friend the cd so he could use it on his computer and i havent seen it since, he lost it. if there is any way i can get the game back ,not shareware, could you please tell me
