is the server down

i just reordered jazz 2 and i cant start the server list, i downloaded the patch and that didnt help, so i thought it was my firewall protection, so i edited it so it opened port 10052 - 10054 (the ports for jazz2) that didnt work, the only other thing i can think of is that the server is down, can any of you get into the server list and do you have any ideas:(

They are up for me, but no servers are up right now.
