List Server Down, Yet Again!

Yes, the servers are yet again down. You can exchange server IPs here. I have a dedicated server up at 131.191.39.189. I will take requests for levels and gamemodes. Yeah, its a good idea to list IP's, but isn't there a string that should just be revived whenever the listservers are down?
