I have tried to do this several times. But I never got enough feedback. I am willing to start a tournament like JDCE, but with one major difference. Anonymous competitors. If you are willing to enter in the close future you can let me know by entering your email addresse in the below box. It'll need at least 12 people to start. So if you are intrested...

..I'm not sure what this means. You duel someone and they don't tell you who they are?

It will be quite easy.

-All duels will be in battle mode.
-I will host all duels to make sure no names will be exchanged
-I will select who will fight who randomly
-I will bring the players together. They will be playing in names I will select for them
-There will be a JDCE like system, which means that if you lose you'll leave the tournament
-They will fight in a level of own choice, both to five roasts
-At the end of the tournament I will make the winner known.

Oh yes, and you'll be able to win a Newspaz tileset. No, no Disguise crap ;) Newspaz crap is even more crap!

No need to worry about that Stiletto. I am signed up too, and recommended it to some people at MSN and made an announcement at CCMB. I'm just glad that there's finally going to be a cool JJ2 tournament!

Wouldn't there be some people that would check who their opponent is using IPs?

I think this is an interesting idea. After all, I'm sure more than one of us plays better when they aren't nervous. Playing against annonymous opponents, while it could be anxiety-producing for some, would make some (including me) less nervous about battling. Obviously, this would make me a lot better in duels. I've signed up, and I anxiously await the first rounds. However, I have one question:

Who will host the duels?

Why are the duels only in battle mode? I prefer to also have them in CTF.
