Assuming you find a file with no extension that has an extension and has nothing in it, go ahead and upload.

Actually, you can't upload. It's just that the administrators set it to no file extensions allowed and a minimum of zero bytes instead of turning it off completely for some reason. Regardless, no one, regardless of rank, can upload to my knowledge.

Man, that's messed up. I was really wondering why I try to upload files, and it take forever and ever and ever and ever...................... And it never gets finished.

Ok MODs answer this then, where should I post my Desktop backgrounds, if I can't do it though the upload function. I don't know HTML, so I wanted to upload it from my PC.

Other stuff I wanted to upload, this function should be enabled. Or just get rid of it, it confuses too many people.

I'm not *really* a mod, but anyway...
You'd have to upload your desktop background to a free web server and then link to a web page with it on it (not directly to the file, but to a page with it on it.) Or find a web server that allows offsite linking. Either way, you would have to sign up for a free web serving account.
