In the "activate boss" event, there is one varible, you can choose either a 1 or a 0 for music. What excatly does that do? I'v messed with it, and a 0 and a 1 seem to do exactly the same thing!

ThanX!

If you leave it 0 you get the normal boss music and if you change it to 1 it gives ya the harder version you can hear when you fight Devan or Bubba...
Very simple!:p

I'm not positive, but I think that change the 0 to a 1 will only activiate diff. boss music for a few bosses...but I have no idea, really.

Oh well.

Nononoooo!:D

There's some proggy which can transform mods and stuff into .j2b's!
Then call 'em Boss1.j2b or Boss2.j2b and replace 'em with the original ones...
I did that a few times already...
You think I'm allowed to upload the stuff?:D

(Btw,same works if you wanna hear the JJ3 menu song instead of the JJ2 one!:D)

But if I am making a pack... I don't want everyone else's levels to have this boss music, Infact, I don't even want all of mine to have this music!

Well,huh...if you just want it for a pack call em BossA and BossB at first and tell in the readme that everybody's supposed to change them to Boss1 and Boss2 after deplacing the original stuff into a seperate folder...

There's also the possibility to put all your level into a seperate folder, but I doubt it'll help with music!:p

-Make a zip in your zipfile that says "Boss music patch", so people could choose it themself if they wanted to change it.
Also, you should include the orginal boss music called something else like Bossa, as a backup.

Maybe you could change the limit that the JCS INI gives for boss music so that you could use more than two.

Won't work!:o

Erm,you want a reason?
Cos it you could change the number of digits you may enter in the field (not even sure),but entering a 3 won't let JCS kno what music file it's supposed to play!

Hey, I could try that...
It MIGHT work...
I could ask Underlord. He would prob. know.

I think even Overlord won't help much here...
For this you need the source code.
If that was possible Devil Dash pack would become marvellous... in last episode ;)
