I was looking around on google tonight, and i found a link to the patch for Jazz2 on the Mac. I never knew they ported it. I looked around some more, and found a place where you can buy it online and download it for $15. Now, the patch says it is version 1.2.7, what version is that compatible with on PC?

Here is the link:
http://www.insidemacgames.com/news/story.php?ArticleID=4673

And here is the link to buy it for the Mac:
http://store.ifd.com/WS4D_Cookie=12.22.02_00,29,50_1719/*ws4d-db-query-QuickSearch.ws4d?Manufacturer=Logicware

Any help appreciated!

uh...

There is a Mac version, comparable to 1.23. Don't use it, though.

I don't see a point not to do so. Okay, it has a few more bugs, but that's all.

In theory all Jazz 2 Mac versions should be compatible with the PC v1.23 counterparts. The latest official update for Jazz 2 Mac is 1.2.8., available from either Haze's Hideout (http://www.dutchfurs.com/~haze/) or straight from the Contraband Entertainment website, where former members of the Jazz 2 Mac devteam now reside.

Remember: Jazz 2 Mac is PC v1.23 or lower compatible. It is INcompatible with PC v1.24 and higher.

If you have JJ2 for Windows, don't get it for the Mac unless you collect JJ2 versions. It's inferior.
