It's been a long, long time. But there is now a new version of <a href="http://www.geocities.com/alister_j_t/PalSuite/Index.htm">Palette Suite</a> available.

I've only been working on it for the last fortnight, as a break from my exams. Don't expect many improvements over the previous version.

You've been able to do that since version 1.31.

It dosen't work for me, and that version I have dosen't support copy and paste, I'd have to remake the color.
