Do you have a firewall or router?

You probably have a firewall or a router. Open ports 10052-10057.

A router is something used by a non-dial-up (permanent) internet connection to share the connection with multiple computers. If you don't know what it is, you probably don't have one. If ZoneAlarm is a firewall, you have to open ports 10052-10057. With a router it is called IP forwarding, it might be the same with your firewall.

Turn off the WinXP Firewall, it should be somewhere in your internet options.

People using ISDN seem to have problems playing JJ2 online. Try looking at this topic if the problem doesn't turn out to be ZoneAlarm\WinXPFirewall:

This post helps me but it still doesnt work. I have a 128IDSN and its a modem connection i have a Alcatel Speedtouch USB aswell like flash did and XP and when i have my old 56k connection I could host servers perfectly. Im disapointed because if I made a level that is hosted over the net id have to get another person to host it
Anyone with the same problem put it here in this forum it will help us all :(
