You could try to search first before asking a question. That would prevent such messages as this. Have you tried the j2o links section?

Best advice I can give ya, it's the only way it goes really, even sites like Howto JCS and JCSref (both mentioned above) expect the user to have basic knowledge of JCS, and instead teaches things most 'default' levels don't really use/have.
