This just in from gamesarefun.com!

The long awaited sequel to the hit Jazz Jackrabbit 2 is coming...for Xbox, says Lostboys employee and Jazz Jackrabbit designer, Arjan Brusee.
"We're very excited to bring the psychotic bunny and friends to a 3D world." says Arjan at an exclusive interview.
Little details are known at this point, as Lostboys are keeping hush hush about the project. But, Lostboys employees say for those who possess the illegal beta of the game, to be "surprised", as the new incarnation of the game is completely different from World Tree Games' version. Not much is known about the project, but count on WWW.Gamesarefun.Com for the latest news.

I'll admit, I was fooled until the word "Lostboys". It didn't give it away, that's just when I relized I was an idiot.

As PiZZa said, after seeing the word "XBox" I was hoping with every fibre of my soul that this was indeed an April Fools' joke.

Let's not turn this thread into a console war here. Jazz and crew would make good "unofficial mascots" for the Xbox, like Crash Bandicoot was for PSone. I personally don't have an Xbox, in case you think I'm just defending it because I bought one, or something.

I would buy any game console Jazz would be on, but I really would rather not buy an XBox. That's just my position on this.

Ha, good thing it's fake. As Marco said, because it would be on X-Box. Man, what would they be thinking. Instead it should be still on PC, not even on Gamecube or PS2.

Actually, it was planned to make a jazz3D, butthe project was cancelled when they showed the work to Epic games.
