It's because we are so small. <s>They come back so we have friends.</s> We know each other better than other communities do, so you can actually remember certain people, and start to miss them. Or maybe Jazz2 is just so ru><0riffic, nobody forgets it, and we told them to come here on a server. Probably the former.

Its because there is no other game better than jazz in its genre. Its easy to move between Quake and UT etc because they are more or less the same thing. No 2d platformer has ever outdone jazz, and so when you feel like playing a platformer jazz is still the greatest, hence the return of everyone (including me).

It's because we're the lunatic asylum around here, and anyone who comes here is guaranteed crazy, and they keep getting stuck back in here. Me, I haven't left yet (except for a few months when I moved) so I'm still insane.

When I first got Jazz nobody was ever online (about 1 1/2 years ago) so I just quit. It just happened that my friend (raptor) went online and there was about 16 people online, so I rushed home and re-installed everything, and went online.

The only other cummunity that meets these characteristics is the Side7 community, but it's not about a game...
So hey, we're unique! :D

Yeah, I agree with everyone here. It is like a family thing, we know eachother's quirks, and most of the time things get quite entertaining. The small size of the community helps too, so it is like, everyone knows everybody, and we've known eachother for a good amount of years now. It is a community. :)

I hope we'll all be able to stay in touch when Jazz 3 may come out, because it could get real crowded real fast. ^_^....*cracks up* Then we'll all be like "Bow before us you newbie slave boys!" J/K :D

The Jazz 2 community is the first online community I got into. Yeah, it rocks :).
