W00t, I'm the first one to vote "No, it's illegal."
By all means, of course I might almost get close to considering trying to remember to begin to try thinking about doing something like that. Or not.

Just because something is free doesn't mean it's warez. Take a look at Liero. It's freeware, not warezware.
If it was "Jazz2 for free" instead of "free Jazz game" then I might have looked at the question differently. But no, I thought sideways and included fangames and such, that are decidedly freeware. So, my answer is...
Of course! It's Jazz!

I wouldn't download it because I already have Jazz2, actually.
Or do you mean another jazz game?

I'd download a free jazz game! I mean if it's truly free (not warez-free) then you're not breaking the law, so it's legal.
Like the old <a href=http://jazzjackrabbit.com/download2.htm>Holiday Hare</a> games. Epic put them up for free download, so that means there's no problem with downloading and playing them without paying.
<i>"Admins-I will not give away any links to free games. this is just for fun."</i>
Why not? I just did! Oops! ;-)

Like Brian said: are we talking about warez or not here? If i desperately want a game, i am willing to pay for it. Especially if it's a low/non profit game like JJ2 (I mean, after JJ2, Epic turned into "that company that made Unreal". Maybe it would have been different if JJ2 had yielded more profits)

Hey brian, I cant dl the game from any of those mirrors. On all mirrors it says file not found, except on the epicgames mirror, where my browser just doesnt go forward, when I click on the mirror. To put it bluntly, does it work for you guys, and if it does can someone send me a copy of both holiday hare editions?:)
THNX :D

I fail to see what the response "I surf the net" has anything to do with anything. But my response is no. It is illegal.

As I said above it's pretty much illegal, now if any Jazz game is older than 5 years then I will download t. Like if I didn't have JJ2 today, I would've downloaded it.

It does not matter if it is five years old. It is no less illegal.

Says you two, but by then, those games will probably have sucked majorily. I'll wait only 5 years. If it isn't sold in the stores anymore, then i'm downloading it.

From what I have gathered, Trafton isn't much of a illegal <s>stupidhead</s> person. ;-P
But, I wouldn't consider it wrong to make a copy (If legally yours) of an X-box or PS2 <s>mouse</s> game.

Yeah i'm thinking of making a copy of Pride FC and trading it with other people for their games. I wanted to get a couple games, like Def Jam Vendetta, WWE Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth!, Street 2, etc...
