Lava and fire scenery

What are they? They don't work.

Basically, that's what they are - they don't work. However, my theory is that Lava was supposed to create all the lava in the bottom of the Dam Nation levels, and Fire that five frame Fire animation you see in so many tilesets, but they decided to make them into tiles in the tilesets instead. Like Leaf, or Snow backwards.

As Violet said, these were probably intended to be events, but instead were replaced with tiles in certain tilesets where it was needed. Not all tilesets have fire, though, so, if you have one which lacks it, you are out of luck. Rushed games for you.
