Toy stores. At least those in The netherlands, JJ2 is for sale for €5 in most of them.

Price was $15 (USD) when I bought it from him. Of course he'd prefer euro, but if you're nice you could always throw in another $5 to cover the exchange rate. :)

It seems I have *every* Jazz game except JJ2:CC. Anyone know where I could get that?

I have no clue. It's almost exactly the same to HH98 anyway. Except for some minor changes, which already have been discussed.

However, do a search on Ebay for "Jazz Jackrabbit" and see what you find BN...it's there. :)
