This is a real old gag I came up with back when I first designed Ms. Leleb. She's actually undergone quite a few changes... mostly around the hair and ears(She used to have Mouse-like ears when I first drew her.).

Um... Don't ask where the idea came from... I think I was just trying to come up with list of stupid responces to situations... and I found one I liked enough to use.

(Also, since this is the first comic that mentions it, their are two types of coins in my Snooze and Mat stuff: The Cencritah (Or 'Fourth') which is worth about as much as a U.S. quarter, and the Koncritah(Or 'Dec') whose exchange rate you already know about.

It seems as though that would get annoying, as it takes 40 of one coin to equal the value of another. "Yeah, could I have change for this Dec?" is the same as asking for change for a $10 bill in quarters.

Yeah, I realise the problems.

The thing is... well, back when I created the system(Around third grade or so), lets just say I developed a hatred for pennies, and thought that they really had no purpous... That whole thing eventually elevated into me temporarily thinking that the only real useful forms of currency were quarters and ten dollor bills...

... and the whole idea stuck because from then on I couldn't come up with another system. /\:lol:/\

Actually, that comic was done compleately in MS paint.
(I'm hopeing to have scanner use next week, cause I have a magor overhaul of hand-drawn stuff that I've been saving.)

The funny thing is, I have a friend in California who looks and sounds like Bill Gates. I have this picture of him, and I put that image side by side by that dollar image. The similarity is amazing. :lol

I'd show the picture of him, but I wouldn't do that without his permission. Besides, it would be rude to ask him, "Hey, do you mind if I post your photo online so me and my other online friends can compare it to Bill Gates?".

I am appaled at that photoshop of a dollar bill. C'mon, if you're going to do it, do it right. That, and Bill Gates had nothing to do with pi at all. Not in the least. See now, I did my own photoshop way before I saw this one, and I chose to put Archimedes on it, because for a couple thousand years, he had the only accurate way of deriving the digits of pi. I also used a font that was specificially designed to look like the one on currency. So here it is, marvel at it's beauty:

Thanks. I won't hold it against you, but it wasn't a very good one. That took you what, twenty minutes? I think I'm going to edit/add onto my photoshop. Actually, I've been consideraing making an e dollar bill, or an Avagodro's constant dolar bill, or a universal gravitational constant one, but I think that might not fit on the bill. But I'm pretty sure im going to change the serial numbers to be pi.
