You decide, is it (if it t'wasn't illegal) is it alright to use?

It is illegal.
It is cheating.
It is unfair.
It is unethical.
It is against the JCF rules to mention it.
It is wrong.

Case - and undoubtably soon topic - closed.

How is (it) illegal?
For the same reason that the other, less flowerly adjective-laden program of the sort is. The program was originally intended to be for specific users only. Distributing and using it if you have no liscence to is against copyright laws. Breaking into the program is another offense. These are not jay-walking either; these offences could let you be sued for many thousands of dollars.

But it itself is not illegal. Talking about it is not illegal. Distributing it to unauthorized people is.

Using that program that this topic is about is illegal. Talking about it is not, and I never said it was. However, it is against the JCF rules to reference cheat programs and it will probably be edited. Regardless, few ask about the legality of the program in question unless they use it. Regardless, using, distributing, and breaking into the program is illegal.

It is not necessarily illegal to distribute unless the creator wants it that way. My program is illegal to distribute because I declared it so - this program may not be unless the creator says it is.

Nevertheless, it is against JCF rules to talk about cheating programs whether or not they are illegal.

HUH? Who broke into the program???

Correction to all: It is a completely legal program. Anyone can have it AS LONG AS THE FILE IS UNMODIFIED. The run protection will prevent use of the program without authorization from certain people.

I however will not increase the number of those people but I can still authorize the use of the program.

The rumors that some people are spreading the 30s keygen have also come to my attention. Therefore I declare the stand-alone 30s keygen ILLEGAL.

^ I lost mine one day. Good thing, too. Having a cheat program on a computer only increases the temptation to use it.

I really don't think trying to scare people into thinking they're going to "go to jail" if they use these programs is going to work, so just accept it. People cheat, people break rules, and that's all there is to it.
