Idea about clanwars.

I have been checking a lot of WC3 clanwars lately, and I found the "system" they use quite useful and figured it could be useful for JJ2 clanwars as well. JJ2 clanwars are afaik usually 3v3 or 4v4, which always causes some lag I'm quite sure.
Now, what I wanted to say: WC3, and afaik many other games, have clanwars like the following: it's e.g. 5 games, 2 2v2s and 3 1v1s. A won game counts as one point for the winner/winning team, so that in the end, the result can be like 3-2 or so. Just an idea. Wonder what you'd think of it. Not quite useful to post a thread, but I was bored =)

Handy system, but i'm sure that many clans wouldnt like this, since someclans are good in 2v2.. /team connection but individual(whatever) they suck.

This could be a good system idd. But as stiletto sayd that some clans have good members who are ONLY good at 2 vs 2 and not 1 vs 1, so that´s why they might lose coz of the 3 games of 1 vs 1. the score would have been 2-3 then.
BUT it could be a good system though coz members in that kind of clan would suck (Craccoboy: I'm a team jazzer nog a duelist) j/k :P.
There should be members in a clan who rule in 2 vs 2 and the other members should be ruling in 1 vs 1 or both.

Has sux for reasons mentioned above. JJ2 just isn't very suitable for clanwars for the simple reason that winning a lot of clanwars does not give you anything but a good status. We should have a JDC division for clans. Yay!

And what would clanwars on other games get you? Better rankings? I suppose by the same logic one could complain that playing games is pointless because it does not get you anything unless you are a professional gamer, which very few people are capable of being, and even fewer capable of living by.

Better Rankings? indeed, fame. money, etc. but I was just pointing out.. that for JDC or just normal CLanwars.. there is no difference. that it both doesnt get you anything.

It would be better if it was like 2 1vs1s, 2 2vs2s and 1 3vs3, imo, though.

And yeah, Thunder is right about me, I'm not a duelist but a teamplayer, but there are plenty of duelists in CC (Ironlight, Stiletto etc).
