Recent DoS Attempts

Ill keep this short, without naming any names or IP's.

But a recent person did an attempt to connect multiple times, continouslly, in an attempt to bring down the list server's (I assume both, but I am unable to Confirm YET) I just want to say that its not cool to attempt to bring it down,

I complied the log from my firewall, and sent it to there ISP.

Lets just put it like this, trying to harm the jazz 2 community isnt cool, it is stupid, just don't do it!

Oh and on a Side note, me and Alberto are still working on the perfect JJ2 patch that will use both list servers, remove black screens during hosting, and also support a change in list server address, remotly, this will be released next week. :)

How servere have this attacks been? Also, do you have any idea who is doing it?

Im fully aware of who it is, but I dont want Derby telling me off for letting there name out, and causing a flame war. Also the Contraband one was under attack also but only briefly.

But sadly I just gave the List Server more bandwidth, and he couldn't use all the server could offer, so the list server continued as normal hehe :)

Attacks have now stopped, and I have put a block on this persons IP from making any connection with my Server at all. His ISP have been sent the full set of logs, lets hope his ISP does something to stop this.
