Heh, Hi all, I just found this awesome site that caches old web pages allowing you to revisit them as they were years ago.
Check this - http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.jazz2city.com
Man, revisiting J2C as it was on Dec 01, 1998 when I first started playing brings back a hell of a load of memories :D.

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!
The webmaster has a backup here: http://jazz2city.milesba.com/! (Got it from Steven Wakeman.)
Beware of 404's. The user levels are NOT backed up on the site, but things as some music and backgrounds are there. Also the JSC guides.
EDIT: It seems that the site is down right now, but it worked some days ago, don't panic.

Why would anyone panic? I'd say that almost everyone should know about this by now...

I sure hope it comes up again. I want that old music pack... and cotton eye joe. :)
I believe every jazzer should have that 200 song music pack. (so people can usually hear the songs on servers, and have a collection of songs to add to their servers that others probably already have)
Good memories *sniff sniff*

Actually most of the levels are on that site i just downloaded my super old level like last week, it turns out the links on the main page of milesba still link to the old www.jazz2city.com, to get to the lvls u manually have to type it in the address bar for example for the tilesets its http://jazz2city.milesba.com/tilesets.htm whereas the link on the site has the Incorrect link of http://www.jazz2city.com/tilesets.htm , the site is down right now though for some reason.

Cotton Eye Joe (http://www.modarchive.com/cgi-bin/download.cgi/J/JOE.MOD)
And yes, the 200 music pack is still working when the site's up. Just remember typing the URL manually.
I have a few hundred MODs, XMs, ITs and S3Ms in my music folder.
I recommended DEADLOCK.XM (http://www.modarchive.com/cgi-bin/download.cgi/D/DEADLOCK.XM) by elwood.
Who doesn't remember 7thheaven.mod (http://www.modarchive.com/cgi-bin/download.cgi/1_9/7thheaven.mod) from Operation: Clone Killer?
