It's actually just going to a page featuring a moderation function, such as closing the topic. It doesn't actually have to be a moderator.

I suppose it's simply a moderator with the "invisible" option on.

Invisible mode hides you completely from the Who's Online list (unless the viewer of the list is an administrator, in which case there's an asterisk displayed in front of your name).

What kind of size of moniter do you have then?
On one of my comps I used to have a 15" CRT, but I still ran 1024x768
