(NOTE: this is only about the JJ2 Division)

As many of you may have noticed, CC really is a war-hungry clan. It always used to do clanwars as much as possible, but now especially since August we're doing a lot. The reason why I'm collecting each member's achievements and calculating some stuff about him/her is to keep them motivated, because they all want to get the highest scores, perfects and percentages (you can see it as a inside tournament in CC that never stops till the clan dies or leaves JJ2).

again vs TF? nah.. we need a clan that is a bit more of a challenge.. bashing noobs is getting bored.

haha that sounded nice. =O

To be honest

Who cares about this all.

FoF? too bad most of those clans leaders are too lazy to organice a good war..

again vs TF? nah.. we need a clan that is a bit more of a challenge.. bashing noobs is getting bored.

haha that sounded nice. =O

Perhaps the clans have better things to do then fight up in JJ2. They rather focus their time and energy on serieus matches at WC3, Quake3, UT, RTCW, CS or what ever.

ShadowGPW

who cares? plus You gave out a personal attack.

It's a clan notthing more

I see a definite contridiction in how personal attack warnings are given out. You all suck.

ßúññ¥€lmérTbtCC

And a clan is important. As a leader you should know that. Probarly you dont feel anything for your members.

Derby: Personal attack removal.

Trafton
Nov 8, 2003, 03:56 PM
This is ridiculous. It is a clan posting a topic about its history. It is not like no other clan - including most clans here - have not done something similar.

I personally think that JJ2 is worthwhile. Who's to say that those other games are not taking away from JJ2 time? Clans can chose what games they play on, though. It is not the business of other clans.

This topic is not harming anyone else. I can see that the situation here between the various people involved is volatile. Otherwise, no one would be complaining about this topic. I say this as someone who honestly doesn't care about the content of the topic, but if it makes the clan participants feel a bit better, I'm all for it. Clans in your world may exclusively be about competition, but in the real world you cannot live exclusively by playing competitively (very few can, at least, and probably honestly no one here). It is a game. Games are for fun. The reason that people play competitively in games instead of competing in torture competitions is because gaming is more fun.

You can, as much as you like, yell at eachother. But you all are smart people. You know that there is no way you can solve your conflicts by igniting eachother. Yeah, this is an attempt to give the clan members a boost. So what? There are no extreme boasts or anything like "THIS CLAN IS THE BEST EVER SO BE QUIET OR DIE". It is statistics. It may not interest everyone, but it does interest some or it would not be posted. And now, the obligatory motivation quotations from some people whose statuses in regarding to living are uncertain:

The best thing to give to your enemy is forgiveness; to an opponent, tolerance; to a friend, your heart; to your child, a good example; to a father, deference; to your mother, conduct that will make her proud of you; to yourself, respect; to all men, charity.

I can win an argument on any topic, against any opponent. People know this, and steer clear of me at parties. Often, as a sign of their great respect, they don't even invite me.

The greatest complement to one is to have an enemy, because that means they are somehow a threat; there are two choices: Be an enemy and complement your enemy or have respect for them as other competitors and infuriate them. The latter, I promise you, is much more rewarding.

If you want to have a flame war, do it somewhere else. Somewhere people are not attempting to enjoy themselves. Somewhere in whatever competitive world you belong to; in the desolation and aloneness of self-deprecation. There you can punch and shove until you are red. Until no one is watching. And there, alone, you will finally realize that there is no victory. But there is certainy always defeat - the defeat that, by that point, no one is watching, because no one much cares anymore.

Please, in conclusion, just quit fighting. You have nothing to win from it. And there is no way you can win. If there was not conflict, there would be no game. But, if there was no opponent, there would also be no game. Tolerate - and perhaps even respect - your opponent for deserving your opposition. But an insult to your opponent is, in a way, an insult to yourself. Keep that in mind as you fling insults at eachother. And keep in mind that others are watching your fight, many guiltily enjoying it.

funny you only post your wins and not your loses on the website.. even though some of your archievements goes back to 2000. Guess you have forgotten the lose vs gpw that was 10-0 win at diamondus warzone 4vs4.. :/

Or the loses versus clan Killer Kings (yes Athlon KK remember) and AllStars. So i find your list rather inaccurate and not worthy to be posted. If you only post your wins..

I can understand it's to embarresing to post loses on your website but it also shows that you rather hide them and tell your members the real thing..

*old war reports vs CC*
GpW vs CC http://www.jazz2online.com/jcf/showthread.php?threadid=1060 (10-0 Win GpW)
As vs CC http://www.jazz2online.com/jcf/showthread.php?threadid=1057 (10-0 Win AS)
Ill search on JMMB archieves what the KK wins are... to bad their site is down for detials

You know that those wars didn't count.. We had a big misunderstanding back then. We thought you ment 8 GMT, but you ment 8 CET and at 8 CET our warteam hadn't arrived yet. But because you didn't want to play, we decided to play a training match with the few CCs available (including Neo and the then-still-weak-at-CTF me) and do the real CW later with our proper warteams.
And up to this day we are still waiting for that real CW against GpW (since AS died, I doubt the match against them will ever come).

Edit:
- This list also contains our official loss against FoR, so I'm not trying to hide anything.
- I can't remember anything about that we ever lost a official clanwar against KK. If I remember correctly KK was already dead when we began playing real clanwars.

O come on shadow, Our clanwar list also has our loss against FoR included like cb said.
And GpW doesnt even accept a cw challange from CC atm, they say they are to weak and need more time to get stronger, yeah right you dont tell me you are not ready after your proudly "we are 6 years old" posts.

nope, we won't fight because we dont find this game worthy anymore to play wars with it. We rather fight somewhere else where we enjoy. We are proud to be 6 years old active that started all in "QuakeWorld".

We never said we need more time and get stronger. We said we will never fight any clanwar anymore. Because for our feeling it's a bit pointless. We rather enjoy the game, then get frustrated with a tight schedule for pwc's in a game that has around 8/9 active clans.

And indeed stiletto, it's just a game. Some people take it a bit too serious.

CB did react, just look a few posts up, and after that nothing more interested was said.

Anyway I'm not here to defend myself or my clan or anything, I just wanted to post a decent topic in this underused Clan Talk forum. What's wrong with posting something about your clan anyway? I don't get it how some people are acting here.

I might take the game to serious, but CC is all what i have and matters to me, I actualy live 2 lives, 1 in a hell/on school the other is here behind my computer, on the net ofcource. If the only spare time you get ( wich is so limited already ) isnt fun because you lose something, after a horrible schoolday, you could understand ho'd i feel >\. I realized i actualy have no life already.

*dances through angry mob while throwing flowers around*

Hush people, calm down. No need to get all nervous and touchy about our silly little rabbit's game. And you should be aware that clans have every right to decline clanwar challenges without getting "OMG CHICKEN NOOB ROOOFLOLOLOLOLOL" comments thrown at them.

Instead go outside, sniff some fresh air, smell the flowers (not recommended for hayfever patients), then look back at this and laugh.
