You can always try to contact Aiko. He has one copy left at the moment.
I bought a new copy from him just a month ago.

i have a copy,too
but all the tools/cheats are in the JAZZ_TSF folder and i think you don need
all this things how Jazz advantage , net hack ,package editor,WInamp3;Raknarok,UnrealTournament,and many KidRock Tracks ;p

Ehm i dont use Jazz advantage ,nezhack and package editor
