Jazz CC99 question

Does anyone know what levels were for download after you beat the game. I know theres been many posts about the TSF and CC99 passwords but theirs no mention of anything besides the carrotiz level. So if you know the names of the extra levels if their were any please post them.

Those levels are already included in the game though. Why would they make you go to their site to redownload levels you already have? and "happy" easter is called happy eastern
