Message boards like these simply do not work. I feel compelled to quote Link here, as he put it quite well in another similar topics:

(The) overriding reason that a new forum will not work is that the JJ2 community is so small. One single forum holds us all nicely. If there were 10 times as many people, maybe other forums would be more successful.

There are in fact other forums for JJ2, such as clan forums, but they are for specific people to have specific discussions out of the way of the general forum (the JCF).
