Welcome to Jazz Jackrabbit 2. You aren't banned from Puke Nuk3m. You probably got a "Connection Timed Out" error when trying to join Puke Nuk3m Relaxer without installing the JJ2+ addon.

To join the private Camel Duels servers, you need an account on the Jazz Jackrabbit Ladder page. After registering, you can see the server login information on the right side of the webpage.

If you have made some awesome levels, you can always submit them on Jazz2online or on PukeNukem.com if you'd like to see it back on the Puke Nuk3m servers.
