I understand you want to avoid a situation where levels are finished hours before the servers go up but a week of lockdown is draconian. You definitely do not need a week to test a pack.

Seconding this. I'd much rather have a little extra time to finish the EC in my level so I don't need to rush it. It's not like the level can't be tested anyway, as nothing is fundamentally going to change after this is done.
