Dream Stage by Snooze

This featured upload captures the players in its dark confines, where nothing is what it seems. Yes, we are talking about Snooze’s Dream Stage, a wonderful world tinted in blue and filled with black. This magnificent level will leave people staring in awe at the beautiful environment, created with the skills we have come to expect.

Stunning beautiful, a fantastic atmosphere you set up with the eyecandy Snooze.

I don’t get it why you never released it.

There was some pretty rough competition, but in the end Dream Stage stood above all. Honorable mentions go to EvilMike’s ISLAND LEVEL WITH ISLANDS and Not-So-Evil Fortress. Congratulations!

This is great, simply put it. I would have never seen it if it wasn’t for this featured download, So thanks GR and of course the creator, Snooze. Well done.

Good job Snooze ;).

Yay, another featured battle level. Garden Brawl was the only featured battle level until now. At one point this was also the highest rated of the battle levels, but 9.7 is a tad too great (not like ratings really matter anyway), wouldn’t mind it being #1 though. Still, I think this level deserves a great rating (high 8ish or low 9ish) simply for the theme and execution, both gameplay-wise and eyecandy-wise.

Yes I really enjoyed it. BTW my review wasn’t helpful, I noticed. Is this the fact that I rated it too high , or because I didn’t go into enough detail as to why I liked it so much.

A great pick gold , your doing an fantastic job.

Haven’t played it yet, but have to say that the other level, the one from evilmike, is a whopper too.
Gotta love how level design is progressing through time.

Didn’t know you could get the Featured Download even when the month is not over yet. But congratulations to Snooze anyway.. he deserves it.

GoldRabbit on 25 Oct 2010 at 18:55

Well, the Featured Download isn’t monthly anymore, so different levels can receive FD status more than once a month (max 3 though). I’ll try to do them once every 12 days, though it’s not a fixed period of time.

cooba on 25 Oct 2010 at 19:35

“max 3 though”

There’s not really an upper limit to the number of features per month, but me and GoldRabbit figured that if they were to be posted constantly, they’d stop being as important as they are.

[GpW]Urbs on 26 Oct 2010 at 09:31

ya, don’t want to inflate everything.
If there are more awards, they are immediately worth less. But seeing all the potential out there… I’m sure more than one level a month deserves the featured award.
