This tileset was started about 6 months ago and when I was almost complete, Disguise’s 2nd pc (the one I was using) had a hard-drive crash. I had to restart and I made a deal with Wisey that I would finish before he left South Africa, and since he’s leaving soon I had to hurry, and it didn’t even affect the quality, but I’ll let you people be the judge of that ;). I heard from Wisey that people like “invisible” tiles so I added some next to the background, just check out the masks. And for those of you who don’t know, the textured background moves at the same speed as layer 5 (for this tileset ONLY!, as far as I know) so be aware. be very aware ;), or you could have a run-away background.
I must thank Wisey for him Wiseydom ;) and to Mrs. King for the use of the net to upload this.
I’ll end off by saying enjoy and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Disguise Section:
HIC!
hehehehehe :P
Wow, it’s not only "just anotha world" but just another amazing custom tileset creation from that continent we forget about too often.
To be more precise, it’s the first time i saw that kind of mixture in a tileset at all. JAW contains very detailed comic like objects like trees, flowers and stone walls for the foreground, really awesome spacey looking mountains for the background and even a cool texture for the animated 3d background in layer 8, which really can make impressing levels, as Disguise showed us in his example battle levels (which are included in the ZiP archive).
Furthermore, the tileset is very large and has all kinds of useful stuff like vines, signs rain etc. etc.. Also, don’t forget to take a look at the mask…tsktsk :-)
Overall, this is A MUST DOWNLOAD FOR EVERY Jazz2 player, no matter which continent he or she is from :-)
W00, another good tileset. I like all the variation this set has, very good tiles and an AWESOME bg…
The example levels are quite good too. Not to mention the tileset has most anything you could imagine (as Aiko said) I like the texture all the tiles have, and overall this is QUITE good.
Download, or be banned! :-)
Just as much as you ppl like it, I like it ;)
And he used MY tutorial in the articles section brags
Anyways, since he read that everything was given a texture and the whole rocks section was added. Made it look a lot nicer than what it used to and deserves this rating.
Eh, I’ve seen this before ehm DISGUISE RIPOFF :) Heh, nice set. But it ain’t original anymore cause Ive seen them before in Disguises tiles here.
Heh, review at the same time, I thought I gave the wrong rating, you scared me ;)
A pretty good tileset. Good amount of eye candy, ect. The example levels shown just how well you can use the tileset, as well. Quite a large tileset, also. Only flaw I can see is it takes time to master how to use it.
Anyway, download!

This review sums up my thoughts pretty well. This is an interesting tileset regardless of what continent you live in. The background is impressive and everything is quite well-drawn. There weren’t that many negative things. The mixture is strange and limits the kinds of levels you can make, but it still is very good.
+ PROS: Well-drawn and well-done.
- CONS: Could be a little bit hard to use because of the kind of tileset it is. A few really miniscule masking errors.
VERDICT: Overall, I give this a 7.7 and a download recommendation.

I like thistileset. Guess both Disguise and Distuct are talented. Well, back to rewieving. I just love the backround, looks awesome. The ground isnt bad either, i like how distruct drew the rocks. The flowers hanging form vines look a bit cartoonish though, the rain looks very thin. The color is good, and textured, this tileset is so rox and good, so i give it a download reccomendation and a big, solid 8.
