Description

PlusLLEdit
JJ2+ level list editor

This is a tool which makes editing the JJ2+ level list easy. Simply choose the Jazz2 installation directory, select the game mode you want to edit and add files using drag and drop or the “>” and “>>” buttons. Removing files from the list is possible with the “Delete” key.
You can also add and remove game modes.

Version 2.0

Your reviews gave me some good ideas, so here is the highly improved new version of PlusLLEdit.
Added Features:
~ The window size is now changeable
~ The level names are shown in the lists
~ You can sort the file list by file names or level names
~ You can search for file names or level names
~ It’s possible to select multiple files by holding down the shift key or ctrl while clicking on them and add them all at once by clicking on the “>” button
~ It’s even possible to add all files in the list by clicking on the “>>” button
~ The Jazz2 installation directory is saved in a file called “pluslledit.ini” so you only have to select it once.

Simple but okay. i think you guys overrate it a bit, even overlords useful music patches didn’t get 10 streaks. i can’t select multiple files and i need to select the folder every time again.

Tropicco: make it? no i am not a programmer but i am pretty sure this is easy to make.

Minmay: i meant exactly what you meant. completely agree.

The 2.0 version gives me this error:

Access Denied.
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption.
Press Cancel to kill this program.

Then it doesn’t detect my JJ2 folder, or something (says that Directory does not exist, which is not the case).

EDIT: I saved PlusLLEdit in my JJ2 folder. It opened correctly when I copied it to desktop, but as soon as I tried to change the installation directory, the same error popped out. It did create a configuration file in my JJ2 folder, though.

EDIT 2: That fixed it! Thanks a ton.

If I may have a feature request, can you add the multiple file selection (with Shift and Ctrl) to the level list? Right now I can add multiple files but not delete multiple files. :P

You must have write access for the Jazz2 directory and for the directory where you saved pluslledit.exe. Otherwise PlusLLEdit is not able to create its configuration file.

Does it work when you move pluslledit.exe on your desktop and start it then?

EDIT: I found a problem with the function which reads the level names out of the files. I fixed this and reuploaded PlusLLEdit. (But I am not completely sure if this was the reason for the error message)
Could you please try it with the new version?

EDIT 2 (feature request): Done. :)

Does it work perfect.I open it then i browse a location ex: C:Games/Jazz2/CTF Levels.I press then i just click on all levels from that folder then appears a levellist.ini I copy the levels from levellist.ini then i host the server. Now i wanna say for what is this useful. First:KY KiMO,this is an a utility for making fast a levellist ex. mine levellist with CTF levels. What’s new at this version: added buttons > and < to do eliminate from list and drag to list. Then you wanna just copy the levels from levellist.ini or making a total levellist with gamemodes Battle,CTF, Domination and other gamemodes. I’ll give a feature rating. 10 rating. Recommended? yea sure absolutly recommended for who wanna made server and a fast levellist.
