None so far afaik. Violet said something about an unfinished "A Diamondus forever" conversion though.

I wouldn't be surprised if the main thing holding them back is that nobody else has released one first.

The first one decides quality. It's like if your class is giving presentations and the first one really sucks, everybody else is happy to present. If the first one is UBER-L33T-PWNAGE, everybody else kind of cowers in the corner. If Violet posts the first JJ1 level, it'll also be the last. If Voldard posts it, there'll be a giant JJ1-wave.

I actually kinda like JJ1 a little more then JJ2.

Although most of you probably like JJ2 more.

I'm also frequenting the Commander Keen public forums as Bikozi.

Untrue. Most of us love JJ1. If we didn't, chances are that JCS94 wouldn't exist.

JJ1's single player kills JJ2's single player easily. But JJ2 is better to me because of the extra characters, the level maker, and multiplayer.

The only problem is that JCS94 just is way too complicated in use. I'm hoping Ice M A N and Feline will have some time in next summer holiday so they can add the new things I've thought up to make life easier.

I'm fully intending on doing so, Newspaz. I don't care that some stuff in the level file is still not understood, this summer it's all going to be about usability.

That pretty much guarantees there will be a new version of JCS94 this year :)
