Could someone BAN these DDOS attackers?

Hello guys. I would be more than happy if someone can stop these DDOS attackers.
I'm hosting my server, having a good time and suddenly... everyone has 999+ ms and my internet connection fails. It's really really annoying and I was informed that I'm not the only one who got attacked. I stopped hosting for 5 month because of that. Now when I came back. I hosted only for 2 days and already received 3 DDOS attacks! Can someone help me out how to protect my server, or ban these guys? It surely has something to do with CoolMan and "his" bot Metal Overlord or WTH is that. It's like black mail. He just joins the server and spams:

He is also blackmailing me with words like if you will ban me I will DDOS your server.
I didn't even banned him this time and still he did that.

As you can see, it is same IP. They can attack me even when I ban them.
Even when I DELIST my server. I don't know what to do.

Electron and Coolman are banned from the list server but they have dynamic IPs so it is often easy for them to bypass that ban. Reports of abuse are welcome and we'll do what we can, but note that it's difficult to permanently get rid of these idiots.

Resorting to petty Ad hominem attacks does not prove your innocence nor your maturity. I have hard evidence that Coolman has tampered with my server, which I'm willing to share once I'm home from work if necessary.

We're long past the point where it is up for debate whether Electron and Coolman should be banned from the list servers or not. Nor are they welcome on this site. The pathetic defences I've deleted above were transparently false/dishonest and the same we've been hearing for years. Further reports with IP addresses, et cetera, can be sent to stijn@jazz2online.com.
