The only thing I don't like about EP is, uh, can't think of anything now. The only time I don't like him is when I get annoyed by the ironic type of humour, which is not very often anymore.
I think that not paying attention to clans is good. This is because, well, say Clan A (CA) did not like Clan B (CB). They got into a flamewar. If Mod was in Clan C, which was allied with CB, Mod's decisions might be biased in favor of CB. So if both sides were equally flaming, CA would be punished more than CB. But if Mod didn't care about "that clan started it" or "well Clan X has bad players" then the rules would be better enforced. Moderators are more like police than a judge: if they think someone's doing something wrong, they arrest them.
