I doubt I will love the game. Sue J2O? if they did couldnt we use that to make them unpopulair? 
Only solution is to sue them? whatever
I wouldnt be complaining if they called him something other than jazz jackrabbit and they didnt say anything about any of the jazz characters in it..and that it wasnt the past or future of jazz.
But sue individual jazzers!?!?!? no way!
