It's not that. I believe there is a law (in the United States) at least that protects things that people create. It requires them to have never been created before and not to be used commonly (like the name of a person.) The name of a clan would be included, but there is no chance this will become a lawsuit, so what I said was pretty much invalid. Shoot me. ;p
