Maybe it'll be somewhere in the Privacy option at Internet-Options (Internet ExplorerÂ» Extra). Put the meter there low/high, it might help then.

By the way, I dont have any idea what Im talking about

I never tried it and dont really got the hang of cookies so dont trust my stupid idea
