I seem to have found a program that lets me run jazz pretty well now. I know a lot of the people here have this same problem so I'll put a link to it: http://www.softsystem.co.uk/page3.htm

The only problem now is that the shareware program only runs for 3 minutes before kicking you out of the game so if you want to play jazz you need to purchase the full version from them. But atleast now you know you CAN play Jazz 1 on XP.
