I don't know anything about your setup (like what sharing software you're using). I can't tell you how to, but just what to do.
You need to forward ports 10052-10054 from the external internet connection to the computer you want to play JJ2 on. You also need to open ports 10052-10057 in the firewall so that you can access the server list.
Again, I don't know how to do this. I can find out if you tell me what software you're using, but it may be easier to look in the documentation.
