Thanks everyone

I dunno if it rivals Coppertop, I read her story(some of it, it's pretty big, as I'm sure you know) and it's much better. But anyway...
Chapter 2
Grimy trans-steel was the best aesthetic feature of the antiqated transport/cargo ship, as it groaned through the grey Carrotian skies. A rabbit with sky blue fur stared out the window into the bright white sky, not paying any mind to the blaring news report in the holo-tank. In the cramped, budget vessel were a rabble of Sects, Medivans, Fanolintians, and other gruff and dirty races packed close to one another, it was a powder keg of nationalistic hostility. But prehaps that didn't matter, they were all going to the same place, and that was a commonality.
But the rabbit didn't care, either way, all that mattered was that he got to where he was going.
"...the Jardnin ambassador on Carrottus today confirmed that a Jardininan patriot fired the fatal shot at Prince Saliks. Our royal highness is still greiving, but promises that his vengence will be carried out. The High Council is preparing a series of reperations to be paid out by Jardinin, and will be sent there later this week, in other news..."
"So, where are you going to?" A voice right beside the blue rabbit said. He was surprised, who would be talking to him? He turned slowly, looking to see who sat in the maroon seat beside him. It was a Nom, and he was very charachteristic of his race.
Sagging, pinkish skin, blue eyes, and bountiful cybernetic implants. He was young, infact, he was the youngest Nomic the rabbit had ever seen. Not that he had seen that many.
"Pardon?"
"I said, where are you going to." The voice had a deep quality, but was not overly poweful, another common charachteristic.
This was curious, he was not used to random strangers asking him questions. He wasn't used to people at all.
"Ahhh...the same place you are, I guess, Carrottus city." The Nom smiled, almost sadly.
"Just like the rest." This was a very confusing response for the rabbit.
"What's your name then?"
"Nius." The rabbit returned, as the ship rumbled a bit from g-force.
"A curious name for a rabbit on his homeworld."The Nom returned, a superior air about him.
"What is your's then?" The rabbit, apparently named Nius, asked.
The Nom smiled and looked ahead.
"I have no name, and I don't need one."
"That is even stranger, don't you think?" Nius asked.
"Prehaps."
With a mighty thud, the ship landed. Massive buildings filled the windows, as opposed to the grey heavens.
"We've arrived, come on, Nius."
To be continued...
