I'm not quite sure what the Mac JJ2 can or can't do, but in either case, put all files from level downloads into the folder you keep JJ2 in. If your JJ2 has a Home Cooked Levels folder, Roller Coaster Race should appear in there. Otherwise, experiment.

As for CTF, it only works in Network or Internet play, so you have to play with people on other computers.
