WEAPON: In normal rabbit form, armed with blaster similar to Jazz's. In cyborg form, powerful cannon mounted on arm.
ABILITIES: Can transform into a robot, can fire the Deathly Ray of Deathly Deathness
APPEARANCE: In rabbit form, a blazing red rabbit, build similar to Jazz's, wearing a grey bandanna and backpack. In cyborg form, a short, yet agile robot, with red and white armour.
LIFE HISTORY: Born a millenium after the death of Jazz Jackrabbit, Iam Canadian grew up idolizing the late legendary hero. He was born in the northern region of Carrotus. He became a master weapons designer and crafted a powerful blaster modelled after Jazz's. He also later invented a cyborg body for himself. By the time of Iam Canadian, humans had made contact with Carrotus. Canadian grew up with a human who called himself "Iam American". The two became mercenaries, travelling space and battling evil. But one day, American betrayed Canadian and tried to kill him. Canadian fought back, and defeated American. But American escaped, and began gathering troops. Canadian managed to steal a time machine from American, and escaped to the time of Jazz and Spaz. However, American followed. He now resides in this time.
ALIGNMENT: Lawful good
ENEMIES: Iam American, all who follow him, and all evil in general.
STRENGTHS: Has two forms, Deathly Ray of Deathly Deathness obliterates all in its path, technically intelligent.
WEAKNESS: Can be naive and gullible.
PREFERS ELEMENT: Ice (natch, and can even perform a few simple ice spells.)
LIKES: Rabbits, cold, any creature, his weapons, perfecting his abilities, computers.
DISLIKES: Iam American.

I might make a bio of American, but probably not, unless people demand it (which I can't imagine them doing ).
