Clans tend to fight more during the summer. If you want clanwars, you should talk with your clan leader about organizing one. Remember, though, you have to accept some of the other clan's rules - you can not choose the level, score, everything for yourself. If no clan is willing to play a clan war, well, that's what happens sometimes. If you feel that there needs to be more clan wars, get involved with starting some with other clans (friendly ones, that is).
