This really is a problem on your side. It isn't because of the software.

As I have written the code (*plug*) I know that the software only uses cookies. If they don't work that means you either have cookies disabled or you have problems with them. Try going to go to the cookies directory in windows and delete all jazz2.nagcentral.com cookies.(or empty the entire directory)
