UbiSoft made a 50% fighting 50% racing game called Rayman Arena. Not exactly a title of epic proportions, but it is crazy fun with over 2 human players. Wal Mart sold it for 15 dollars when I got it.... the PS2 multitap, however costed a whole lot more. Sony brand devices are pricey.

This new idea sounds nice, but it is good to keep in mind that if new features are constantly being thought up, the project may become too big, and/or never be finished. Keeping a limited scope (size of the project) can be a virtue.

Is net play going to be a factor in this project? I don't know much about that. I figure it would be difficult to implament.

Oh yeah, and what game engine are you using? Did you code it yourself or use a game creation package?
