Chapter 11: Duel with Neolis:
Neolis picked up his sword and lunged at Ax Man. Tryst suddenly lunged into the room and yelled “Ax Man jump to the left!” Ax did as he was told; the sword barely missed his neck. Ax Man kept up to Tryst’s instructions but had still not drawn his sword. Neolis grinned taking advantage of the situation “What’s wrong? Chicken?” he asked. “Not at all! Tryst give me your sword”
Tryst tossed him his sword. Ax Man caught it and swung it to a figure eight and held it upright in front of his face. Neolis lunged at him sword forward, he felt Tryst’s mind become his. But Neolis was to fast for both of them, Ax Man was putting up a good fight but Tryst noticed it was a losing battle “Draw your sword!” he yelled. Suddenly the sword’s conscious started to talk to him again “Draw it! Your enemies are those that are after your life! He is after your life! So is everyone including your so-called knights! I will kill them all for you! I will make it easy” the sword hissed.
“No!” Ax Man yelled. He fell to the floor in a delirious fit. Neolis lunged at Ax Man. Tryst jumped in the way. He fell to the ground a small smile on his face. As Tryst’s mind faded from his he heard “your welcome”
Ax Man grabbed for his sword. He would avenge Tryst. He would avenge everybody. The sword glowed bright purple and lunged at Neolis, in an instant he was dead. A hole the size of a rat’s tail showed where the sword had pierced his heart. When Ax Man looked down the sword was back in its scabbard.
“Very good!” a voice behind him called. Ax Man spun around. It was Govadon.
Chapter 12: Battle of the Eternal Gods
Govadon turned to face Ax Man “We’ll I guess my prediction was wrong, I still have the wand and I have your soul.” Govadon said menacingly. Ax Man looked at Govadon and then to Tryst’s dead body. Govadon looked at Ax Man and said “ Pity your friend had to die! But all for the service of a the devil!” Govadon pricked a hole in his finger with a dagger “You know blood tastes so much better when in sacrafice! But for me it no longer matters for I have the wand! They say this dagger belonged to a rich pharaoh! I wouldn’t know, I stole it form his grave! But enough talk, have at you”
Govadon lunged at him with his dagger and successful cut Ax Man in the lower ribs. Ax Man cried out in pain and grabbed his small dagger from his sheath in his shoe. Govadon smiled and said, “Can’t draw your sword? Your problem!” Ax Man lunged at Govadon his dagger hit Govadon on the cheek. Blood poured out from the wound, but suddenly Ax Man saw the impossible. Govadon’s cheek completely healed.
Ax Man grabbed his sword and yelled something in a language even he did not understand. He swung the sword in a pentagram like shape then lunged forward. Then the air itself seemed to lunge at Govadon. Govadon was hit hard he fell to the ground. Ax Man went into Govadon’s pockets. Ax Man grabbed the wand and said “you don’t deserve this” Govadon smiled and said “Good I deserve to die”
Chapter 13: revival good and bad
The second Govadon died the land seemed to flourish. All that was stone became fertile land. So this had happened throughout the land. But something that should not have happened did. A human sealed cavern had been broken. The shadow released. The shadow flew out into the free world it growled “I am free”
Ax Man grabbed the wand and ran up to Tryst. He placed it on his stomach. Suddenly Tryst became to spit up blood “You’re alive!” Ax Man yelled “Of course” Tryst chuckled “I was watching everything from the land above.” Tryst said over his laughter “Now let’s get to that ceremony.”
Ax Man watched as the queen was placed into royal position. He felt a great sense of pride. The newly inducted queen called him forward. Ax Man did as he was bid. The queen said “Your new mission is to kill all of the son’s of Govadon! Now go!”
Ax Man left the castle and vowed to return once he had completed his great task of killing the entire Son’s of Govadon.
