Chapter Two (2)
A few minutes later on the road (with Me giving the directions), they finally stopped by a house. Then Me said, "Here you go, my brother's house." They knocked on the door. It opened and a purple rabbit face looked out.
"Who is it?" the purple rabbit said, "Why Me, what a surprise, and Copper, too." The purple rabbit then said, "But why are you here?"
"Well, you used a laptop," said Copper.
"Yes, and what's important about that?" asked the purple rabbit, "is there some kind of law against using a laptop?"
"Well, no, but Eva Earlong's 24-caret diamond has been stolen, and ..."
"WHAT?!?!?!" the purple rabbit interrupted. "And why are you suspecting me?" the purple rabbit said.
"Well, Eva's detective found this." He pulled out the "Laptops for Bunnies" book.
"Gosh," said the purple rabbit, looking at it, "it must have been my evil twin."
"You have an evil twin?" both Me and Copper said at once.
"Yes," the purple rabbit said.
"Then," Me said, "we will try and find him."
"Good luck," the purple rabbit said, "and good bye."
The purple rabbit closed the door, and off went Me and Copper.
