I don't think it's HTML. The pages were backwards, meaning it was set for left-to-right mode, which (I think) is something that is sent in the page headers, not in the HTML file. But correct me if I'm wrong.
(If you want to see it like that again, go View->Encoding->Unicode, then go View->Encoding and select Right-To-Left document. Not only is the scroll bar on the wrong side and text aligned left, things like periods and question marks are strange)
