To me, framerate is everything, although unoptimized custom user maps for UT2k3 tends to be framerate hogs due to certain design of levels, which makes aiming uesless. CTF-NoMansLand anyone?

That's interesting to know. That might have explained why the ragdoll effects is such a framerate hog in U2.
