Hehe, the stickies appear at top. The last reply to a sticky was in March. The last post, as you can see from the topic listed right below it, was today.
The view sizes are visible in the "Video" menu. 640x480 pixils is the most. Since a tile is 32x32 pixils, that would be 20x15 tiles.
